YEAR ROUND BEERS
SILK ROAD SAISON
ABV 5% | IBU 34
This light bodied and highly carbonated Saison is seasoned
with peel from Meyer lemons and whole ginger root adding
a fresh slant on this classic farmhouse ale. Head retention
ensures these flavors last until the bottom of the glass.
ABV 6.2.% | IBU 110
A true NW IPA. Light to medium body balanced by intense
hop bitterness. The classic piney NW hops are matched
with bright citrus flavors and aromas. Late hop and dry
hop additions give a full rounded hop profile that matches
but doesn't overwhelm the crisp clean malt character.
GO WESTY KÖLSCH-STYLE
ABV 5.5.% | IBU 26
The noble hops used in this bier create a light, fruity
aroma with a smooth finish. Produced according to the Reinlheitsgebot, only malt, hops, yeast and water were
used to mimic what can only be produced in Köln.
OCHOCOCO CHOCOLATE STOUT
ABV 5.8.% | IBU 40
A dry dark stout finished with eight pounds of raw
cacao nibs (over 1 pound per bbl) post fermentation
for a smooth dessert-like finish that you can drink
as a meal. For the true chocolate experience
look for Ochococo Chocolate Stout on Nitro.
